Tramonti Catering Trays
Our large trays are ideal for serving family and friends. Customized trays based on our menu are also available. We ask that you please place your orders 24 hours in advance. We only deliver orders of 8 trays or more within Santa Cruz. Pick-ups are available during business hours only.
An 18% service charge will be added to each order for our kitchen staff.

Tray of Antipasto – $95
(Serves 4-6) — 12 slices of salami, 6 slices each of prosciutto, ham, and soppressata, 2 whole balls of mozzarella, a piece of Fontina cheese, a piece of Pecorino, mixed olives
Tray of Meat Lasagna – $115
(Serves 8-10) — Our classic Bolognese lasagna with layers of pasta, mozzarella, saucy beef and pork ragu, bechamel and Parmigiano Reggiano
Tray of Creamy Pesto Penne VGT – $95
(Serves 8-10) — Penne pasta tossed with fresh genovese pesto and cream, potato and green beans, topped with fresh Parmigiano Reggiano (can be made gluten-free)
Tray of Rigatoni Boscaiola VGT – $105
(Serves 8-10) — Rigatoni pasta with marinara and mascarpone, with sautéed mushrooms, sprinkled with Fontina cheese and Parmigiano Reggiano
Tray of Meatball and Polenta GF – $95
(Serves 4-8) — 16 of our fresh beef “polpette” meatballs with 4 squares of crispy oven-roasted polenta, marinara sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano
Tray of Eggplant Parm GF – $110
(Serves 8-10) — Layers of eggplant, mozzarella, marinara sauce, and Parmigiano Reggiano
Tray of Roasted Veggies & Artichokes – $70
(Serves 4-6) — Includes roasted eggplant, red bell pepper, and zucchini, with marinated whole artichoke hearts
Tray of Any Salad (SC, Contadina, Italiana, Caesar) – $55
